The room is clean and comfortable. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The service is efficient. There's a delicious Nadeje patisserie, offering Mille Crepe, just a few minutes walk from the hotel. Mahkota Parade, Hattan Square, and Dataran Pahlawan are nearby, within a 10 minutes walk.
There's a small bar on the ground floor for the customers. However, the karaoke was a disturbance as it was a bit loud for us living on the first floor .

Clean room.
Reception was friendly, but unfortunately they couldn't give us some basic information. They didn't know how long it would take to go to Melaka Sentral (the long distance bus terminal) by bus and they didn't know if there was a laundry service available in town. Location: You have to walk 10 to 15 minutes to get to Chinatown.

Clean bathroom. Clear receptions of tv channels. In person, the staffs are ok.
They tried to change me to another room of different specs by phone after the booking was confirmed online using illogical excuses.

Only best thing was they had Wifi service.
Very dim lights in the room, no windows in the family rooms as shown in the Booked.net, not worth the price. Very narrow rooms and no mirror in the room except in the bathroom. No cupboards, floor very sticky and rooms smells horrible. Had a very bad experience. Do not get cheated by the view of the rooms by looking at bookings.com. Bookings.com should do some research before publishing such photos of the family rooms in Hash House Hotel. Never expected such a disappointment booking through bookings.com. Felt very embarrassed for taking along my bothers family too.

Location
1St impression was from the old lady upon check-in, it looks like a family business but at least talk to customer in proper manner lar... I can see hair are everywhere in the room, personally I dun like it... And the wall is like doesn't exist, can hear sound from outside extremely clear... And so happened was there were bunch of young kid during my stay... Imagine the noise especially early in the morning...
